What is the "Strong Interest Inventory®" and how does it work?

The Strong measures an individual’s interest in a wide range of occupations, work activities, leisure activities, and school subjects, and compares how these interests are similar to the interests of people who report being happy and successful in their jobs.

The Strong is used to help people understand their work interests and to illustrate the kinds of work they might find comfortable.
